These are two of my favorite things I use to stay healthy during cold and flu season. If you live with people who are prone to catching whatever is out there or you work with and around people who are sick then you need some things in your toolbox to protect yourself from getting sick, aside from eating well and staying hydrated.

Trust me you want to keep these stocked in your cabinet at home, especially during the fall and winter months!!

Kick Ass Immune Activator by Wishgarden is a staple for me! Ever since this was introduced to me I have used it religiously and IT WORKS!! Whenever I feel something coming on I start taking it. It promotes a healthy system response to all those bugs floating around out there.

Here's what Wishgarden says about it...

"Our unique and powerful team of immune, respiratory, and lymphatic herbal heroes support your body's natural resistance."

You can find this at Natural Grocers, Sprouts, Amazon, Pharmaca, King Soopers, and probably several other places.

On Guard Protecting Throat Drops from doTERRA is another staple for me. These work to help soothe a sore throat. From a scratchy throat to a full on sore throat On Guard Protecting Throat drops help to make the misery more bearable. They also have immune boosting essential oils in them for an added benefit.

Any time I start to get that scratch in the back of my throat I grab one of these and they WORK GREAT to help me feel better and soothe my throat.

If you want to get some of these send me a message, katrina@itwacu.com, or give me a call, 720-466-3884, and I'll be happy to get some for you.
